by using kaiunta you agree to these terms. kaiunta is a platform for collecting anonymous audio feedback. you must not use it for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to collect audio from people without their knowledge.

organisations are responsible for how they deploy prompts and share links. kaiunta does not verify the identity of respondents and makes no guarantees about the nature of responses received.

we reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. the service is provided as-is. we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales.

what we collect

for organisations: we store your email address, account details, and the prompts you create. we use your email to send you login links and response notifications only.

for respondents: we collect only the audio recording you submit and an automatic transcript generated from it. we store no name, no email, no device fingerprint, no ip address linked to your recording. responses are anonymous by design.

how we use it

audio recordings are stored securely and made available only to the organisation that created the prompt. responses are transcribed automatically using ai to help organisations read as well as listen to feedback. transcripts are stored alongside audio and are accessible only to the organisation that created the prompt. we do not share recordings or transcripts with third parties. we do not use your data for advertising. we do not profile respondents in any way.

data storage

audio recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to the organisation that created the prompt. organisations can delete individual responses or their entire account at any time.

your rights

if you are an organisation, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. because respondents are anonymous, we have no way to identify or retrieve individual responses on their behalf.
